We are narrowly focused on just corporate finance as compared to the many functions normally offered by full-service brokerage firms; and, therefore enjoy not being distracted by some of the inherent conflicts that impact such larger firms.  At the same time our goal if suitable, may be to assist our issuer clients in gaining access to relationships with larger "bracket" firms.  This helps better align our clients business execution success with proper longer range capitalization.  Our transactional services include:
