We are a private family-owned Minnesota corporation founded in 1985 providing botique private-equity investment banking and related advisory services to certain securities issuers, portfolio managers and wealth management clients.

Our approach to client relationships stems in large part from our founder's three decades of experience in venture stage private equity offerings, initial public offerings, PIPE (Private Investment in Public Entity) and restructuring transactions.

We are registered as a broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and the states of California, Colorado, Florida, Minnesota and New York.
